How do I lease a property from RKM Real Estate?

Once you have selected a property, completed the lease processing as per the guideline provided by our representatives.
Can I pay the rent with the credit card?
Yes, however the current due payment is accepted by the credit card at the Head Office.
What documents do I need to lease a RKM Property and what are the fees I need to pay?
Residential Apartments:
Passport copy, Emirates ID copy, Valid UAE Residence Visa copy for Expatriates, Marriage Certificate, Salary Certificate, Payment Requirements: Up to 4 rental Cheques, Security Deposit 5% or One month rent on respective building , 5 % commission (one time charge), Central Gas Charges as applicable, RERA charges
Commercial Units/ Shops:
Company Profile, Passport copy of the owner/partners or authorized signatory with valid UAE Residence Visa copy, Sponsor Passport copy, Trade Licence copy or Initial Approval certificate from Economic Department for new Company, Memorandum of Association for LLC companies, Power of attorney when applicable, company stamp Payment Requirements: Up to 10% Security Deposit or one month rent, 5% commission (one time charge)
Can I view an available property before leasing it? If so, who do I contact for
Yes, you can check our website’s now Leasing and Upcoming projects section for the property info and pictures. You can contact our representative to arrange viewing of the available property.
Can I registered to be alerted on available/upcoming RKM properties?
Yes, you can register by our website to alert you on available property

Who do I contact for information on outstanding payment?
Any one of our representativesfor respective property will have full information on outstanding payment and can help you.
Can I cancel a post-dated cheque and pay by credit card?
Yes, you can, you would need to submit the request to cancel the cheque a cheque a minimum of 7 working days in advance of the due date and make the payment.
Can I sublet properties I lease from RKM?
No, it is specifically stated in the lease agreement that subletting is not permitted. Any such action will result in termination of the lease agreement.
Do I have to inform you if I changed my contact information?
Yes, please update you contact information immediately. Send your new contact information to our representatives to update in the system.
I have signed the lease agreement and received the keys, how do I get DEWA connection?
You will need to contact DEWA (www.dewa.gov.ae) or by downloading DEWA app. Please use Ejari Number & DEWA premises no. Other information Security Deposit to be paid to DEWA Aed. 2,000 for Flat (Residential Premises) and Aed.4,000/- for Villa (Residential Premises). Estimated delivery duration within 15 hrs. of registration and payment of security deposit.
I would like to install a satellite dish antenna, is it possible?
Most of our residential building have SMATV provision and therefore installation of dish antenna is generally not permitted. For buildings where SMATV is not available a NOC is required to install a satellite dis antenna. For more information, please contact our representative.
